Between Frankel Design Build, AVEA Pools, and Frankel Home Care we have surrounded ourselves with 34 of the brightest and most impressive individuals we would imagine in their respective role, each with the same goal. A third-generation home builder, Scott received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin. Scott began his career at Newmark Homes as a Construction Superintendent building starter homes, predominantly in the Pearland area. He then went on to work as a Construction Manager for a new building company called Lindenwood Homes, which was later acquired by John Lang Homes. Scott joined Frankel Design Build full-time on April 15th, 2006.
In 2012, Scott became part of the “40 under 40” class of both Houston Business Journal and Professional Remodeler. Scott was then named the 2016 Professional Builder Magazine’s “40 Under 40”. Scott is one of only 1200 National Association of Home Builder's Graduate Master Builders.
Scott currently serves as a board member on the Zoning Board of Adjustments for the city of Hunter's Creek. He is married to Dara Frankel and has three wonderful sons named Will, Hunter, and Cooper.

Kevin is a third-generation builder from Houston. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and earned an MBA from University of Houston. Beginning in the energy industry and working in commercial real estate in Houston Kevin developed an analyst background. On April 15th, 2006, he started working at Frankel Design Build managing the corporations finance and operation.
Kevin is active in the local chapter of National Association of Home Builders, being the youngest president of the third largest local group in the country. In 2021 Frankel Design Build was named Custom Home Builder of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders.
Kevin and his wonderful wife, Kristina, have three beautiful children.

Frankel Design Build is a family-owned custom home builder based in Houston, Texas. Established on September 1st, 1988 Frankel offers a true one-stop shopping experience for home buyers — ranging from award-winning architecture, construction, and interior design to home care, land acquisition and custom pools. Frankel offers all of these services in-house and is the only custom home builder in Houston to do so.
In 2010, Frankel began building all of its homes to LEED for Homes standards. These residences are more energy-efficient, more sustainable and more environmentally friendly than conventionally built homes. Frankel prides itself on it's ability to build to LEED for Homes standards at a certified level for no additional cost to their base specification.
