Kind Words from Clients

"Joanne and I just want to thank the Frankel Family and the entire Frankel Team for not only taking on our home remodel project, but for the beautiful work and the outstanding customer service the whole team has provided to us resulting in a beautiful home that we can hopefully enjoy for many years to come. Kyle Lewis and Alli Keithan have been a pleasure to work with as their leadership, guidance & expertise have been greatly appreciated in all aspects of our home remodel project. Joanne and I appreciate your willingness to take on our small project as a favor to our family. I assure you the attention and finished product you provided is a blessing to us. Scott, you guided us correctly on this project from the start along with Brian. The Frankel and Dinerstein Families are held in highest regard and love by Joanne, me, and the entire Guarino Family."

"I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you and your team for building such an incredibly strong (and beautiful home) for me and my family. During the horrible storm last week, the huge tree from my neighbor's yard that fell on my house caused much less damage than l thought it would, and I know this is a testament to the quality of your work. Working with Kyle and the Home Care team has been a dream and they are doing everything they can to get my home back to normal as quickly as possible. I am so grateful for all that you have done and continue to do for my home and my family. I think it must be such a rare thing to have an exceptional builder who not only builds an incredible home, but who then continues to help with your home years after moving in. I have given your name to anyone l come across who is thinking about building a home, and I will continue to do so. You have such a special company with such a wonderful team behind you, and I am ever grateful that we connected on that fall day in 2015 when decided to build our dream home with you."

"Just wanted to tell you thank you again for a great experience with home care yesterday. The storm knocked out our power at 1 am. I put a claim through home care and within 15 minutes your on call project manager Aaron called us and started making arrangements to help us. In the morning Kyle followed through and was able to get both the plumbers and the electricians out to service our generator and get us up and running. The rest of our street is still without power and is having to compete with the rest of houston to get workers out to troubleshoot. Your service worked great and just reinforced how happy we are with the entire Frankel group-not just the build, but helping us maintain our house even years later."

"Just wanted to commend you again on what an impressive outfit you run. We reported a leak on the homecare portal last night at 1030pm. 5 minutes later your project manger Victor called us back. He FaceTimed and when he was not able to walk us through a fix, he drove over at almost midnight to help us stop the leaking. This morning we awoke to an email from Tina your manager informing us that the AC and plumbers would both be out with the next few hours. Amazing. The house is wonderful, but your follow up care makes it so easy to recommend a Frankel home to anyone interested in building."

"We love our home so much and Matt and Kyle are the best. Your company's continued relationship post-built is phenomenal. Andy & I love Frankel Home Care, and it has helped make the sale better for several of clients Margaret and I have had who built with you all."

Lyndsey Alexander

"We are very excited and pleased with the outcome. You and the entire team have been great to partner with from the beginning. It was set up as a "fun" project and finished as a "fun" project!"

"Kyle and Cuco came by yesterday to take care of the doors, which was done in no time at all. I really appreciate you forwarding this matter to Kyle and how promptly it was addressed. I was surprised to see them at the door! Thank you for all of your support in addressing the matters with the house. Your attention to customer service and willingness to work with owners on concerns makes the Frankel brand stand out from other custom home builders!"

Walter Van Hoozer

"Thank you both so much for helping us out with the recent repairs. Everything is working great, and everyone who came into our home did a fabulous job. Mike and I both appreciate yall immensely."
